At Fitcure we offer small group training classes - check out our timetable below to see the variety of classes and times we have available.

Group training is all about creating an amazing atmosphere to motivate and educate our members - train with up to seven like-minded people in an air filtered room.

Group training is at the heart of our culture. All our classes, (whether its Yoga, Pilates, Strength or Fat loss) are carefully and strategically designed to be delivered in a group setting making this service our most cost effective, face to face way, of getting results.

We pride ourselves on getting to know our members, their goals and bodies, offering regressions and progressions to make sure they are training at the right levels. This is why we deliver classes in a membership over “drop in” classes at Fitcure. We want to get to know our members, in order to build a strong working relationship with each and every one of you and an understanding of each individual’s body, mind and goals; By committing to a number of weeks with us it allows us to build a progressive program, which is something we feel you don’t get from simply dropping into a class.

All our classes are led by fitness professionals and masters of their discipline watching over you, correcting technique and regressing or progressing exercises where needed.

Because someone else is responsible for planning the workout you don’t have to think about a thing – simply turn up, follow the instructions and leave. Workout done!
