At Fitcure it is our mission is to improve health performance and body composition to as many people as possible, to be accessible to everyone with the only barrier being are WE good enough for you to want to work with us?

Hence the creation of the Fitcure academy! With over 16 years working in the fitness industry with everything from elite athletes, celebrities, Mums, Dads children and families, in every imaginable format from group, online, one to one, mobile training; it’s fair to say we have a lot of experience training people to move, feel and look better.

In the Fitcure Academy we have put everything we have learnt over our 1000’s of hour’s worth of coaching into creating the most comprehensive encyclopaedia of training programs combined with habit based nutritional coaching to guide you on your journey to optimum health, body composition and performance. This is the next chapter for Fitcure and we know this is going to be a game changer for so many people.

Our mission is to educate all our members to give you the tools to transform the way you live, to unlock the world to you both mentally and physically.

Whether you're a complete beginner or someone who's already very active, we have a program for you in our extensive exercise plan database.

What's Included

Membership gives you access to:

  • Instant Access Messaging centre so we can provide you with the social support when you need it as well as answer any questions you may have about training and nutrition.
  • Technique checks from your coach, simply record yourself doing the exercise through the app or upload via your desktop and we will be sure to check out your technique and critique where necessary.
  • Private Facebook Group! At Fitcure we understand the importance of community and recognise how powerful it can be to talk to like minded people, to keep each other on track, so we have created a private facebook group so we can all stay connected.

How does the plan work?

The App is full of exclusive workouts for home and gym; catering for all fitness levels, frequencies of training, and goals whether your trying to increase strength, muscle, lose body fat, increase your athleticism, we have a focused trialled and tested training program for you;

We have lots of tasty recipes to choose from. All updated every month.

Simply choose your training plan; help will be given from your coach on this via the messaging centre where needed, as well as from your fellow team members via the facebook group.

The opportunity to track your food through pictures on the app to get feedback from your coach as well as the opportunity to record technique again so your coach can give you feedback to maximise results and minimise the chance of injury.

We will keep the recipes and workouts new, exclusive and fresh - month after month - so you stay motivated all year round.

Will I need any equipment?

We guarantee we will have a workout that caters for your goals regardless of how little or how much equipment you have available. Body weight or full commercial gym our encyclopaedia of training plans will cover you- If you can’t find what you are looking for let us know and we will add it into our extensive library.

What device do I need?

The app is currently available on iOS Apple devices (iphone or ipad) or android devices using google play. You can also sign in via your laptop or computer desktop if the app is not compatible with your phone.

What are the subscription options?

    I most likely wouldn't have got into the gym if you hadn't been so nice, genuine, understanding & non judgemental towards this nutjob. During the recovery process peole often don't realise they've helped. Well you have, be it pushing me past my fitness expectations, cheering me on when the weight comes off or letting me get shit off my chest. So again, many thanks to you.


  • I previously attended group class sessions with Corrie and kept up with her online sessions throughout lockdown. When the opportunity came to do one to one sessions at the start of summer I jumped at the chance.

    Corrie started with the absolute basics of breathing and posture and this created a great foundation for everything we have done since. I don't respond well to a "shouty" gym instructor so Corrie's critical friend style suits me perfectly. She pushes me, doesn't let me get away with being sloppy but does so with a smile on her face! I never did weights in the gym as I felt uncomfortable but that fear just isn't there with Corrie. I can feel the positive changes in my body as a result of the one to one training and I'm starting to see the difference in my appearance too. I never wanted to lose weight, just tone and feel good. And that's exactly what's happening.

    I look forward to every session and miss it when, on the rare occasion, it's not been on. Consistency has been key and Corrie has been instrumental in this and motivating me to be better week on week. To work with Corrie as my PT has been the best decision and investment I have made in terms of my fitness and health. I get fit, toned, feel good, have a laugh and get tasty treat tips like peanut butter on apple. What more could I want? I love it!

  • I have had the pleasure and honour of working alongside Tom Higo for over 10 years. I have not only seen how he has helped so many of my hip patients in preparing them for surgery, or dealing with hip issues conservatively; and also in post-operative rehabilitation taking them to full athletic function, but he has also helped me personally recover from my hip arthroscopy, gynae surgery, a broken elbow and a recent hip replacement! Tom's approach is unique.
